Shipping Information

Your parcel will be shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. Tracking information will be available from Australia Post. You will find general shipping information below. However, if you have any questions please contact me.

Order Processing Time

All Edmund & Rose items are made by hand and need time to be made before the ship. Our production time is generally 1 to 2 weeks, but can be longer in peak seasons and after new releases.

If you need your item to ship sooner, you can upgrade to VIP Skip the Queue service at the checkout. Contact me if you need assistance with this, I’m happy to help!

Estimated shipping times

  • Australia: 3-10 business days
  • Canada: 1-3 weeks
  • New Zealand: 1-2 weeks
  • United Kingdom: 1-3 weeks
  • United States: 1-2 weeks
  • Most Other Countries: 1-4 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you need any other shipping information please contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently asked questions

Are custom orders available?

Custom orders are not available. This includes different fabric colours and changes to the sizing of the garments.

Will my order have a tracking number?

I will supply tracking numbers on every order and tracking information will be available from Australia Post. However, when posting to some countries, postal services do not offer tracking information updates after the parcel has left Australia.

Your parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame please contact me and I will do my best to help you. However, please understand that Australia Post don’t consider a parcel as being lost in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping within Australia, or a full 60 days from the date of shipping overseas parcels, and I will not send a replacement item sooner than this.
